We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee on your first purchase of Kagami Toothpaste. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. For single bottle orders, no return is required. For bundles (2 or 3 bottles), you can try 1 bottle and return any remaining unopened bottles for a refund. Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are limited to one per customer and processed back to your original payment method once approved.
